Restaurant-owner and chef Eric Mariottat offers an up-to-date modern cuisine into which he injects a note of his native Agen region. The local produce of today – the “terroir contemporain” as he likes to call it – allows him to create a cuisine that is ever more inventive, astonishing in its flavour and rich in colour.

The dishes resemble canvases, creations of a chef and artist who combines a passion for art and a quest for quality and pleasure.
